If changing the fragrance and using this exact recipe, the fragrance IFRA level should be 20% for a strong perfume. Less can be used if this seems too strong. If using less fragrance, the jojoba oil can be adjusted accordingly.

Step 1

Add Jojoba Oil and Fragrance Oil to measuring cup and mix well.

Step 2

Fill each bottle to 0.30 oz. by weight. (For easier filling, use plastic beaker to fill.)

Step 3

Press reducer into bottle, then press plastic ball into reducer. Twist caps on bottles.

Step 4

Label product accordingly.

To Use: Apply to neck and wrists.
