Need to place a smaller order? We get it—sometimes your business just needs that one thing right now.
For orders under $25, we offer flat rate shipping for $8.95 (48 contiguous U.S. states).

Shipping & Ownership
All orders placed on our website ship directly from Wholesale Supplies Plus facilities. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed off to the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to you.
Shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping charges will be billed back to your original payment method.
International Orders
Due to increased international regulations, we no longer ship directly outside the U.S. (with the exception of Canada).
Many international customers use a freight forwarder. If you choose to do that:

Use the shipping address provided by your freight forwarder
Important: Once an order ships to a freight forwarder, Wholesale Supplies Plus is not responsible for customs issues, damages, delays, or lost packages—and refunds or replacements cannot be issued for these orders. Read more about our off-shore shipping policy here.
Delivery Details
We currently ship via FedEx and USPS (carriers may change as needed).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but in rare cases, charges may need to be billed separately. By placing your order, you authorize us to charge applicable shipping costs to your payment method.
Every order receives a unique order number and is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We work hard to get your order to you in great shape—because “arrived looking like it lost a street fight” is not acceptable.
If your order arrives damaged
Please contact us immediately at 1-216-503-9361 so we can start an investigation and file a claim with the carrier. We’ll need:

Photos of the items

Photos of the shipping box

Photos of the shipping labels
We’re happy to help replace or refund missing or damaged items within 15 days of purchase.
If something is missing
We sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 15 days of purchase, and we’ll get the missing items out right away.
Heat-sensitive items
Some products (like wax) may soften or melt slightly during shipping, especially in warm weather. The good news: this typically does not impact product quality.
If your package is lost or stolen
Lost or stolen packages—especially those delivered without a signature—are unfortunately outside our control. If this happens:

Call us and we’ll assist with a tracer or claim

If theft is confirmed, we recommend filing a police report
Refunds & Returns
We take quality seriously—and we also provide hundreds of thousands of real customer reviews on product pages to help you buy with confidence.
Because our products are used to make cosmetics and ingredients must remain verified and unadulterated, we are unable to accept returns.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it’s locked in. Orders cannot be canceled, edited, combined, or modified—so please double-check everything before you click “Place Order.”
If an order is canceled due to non-payment (including unpaid shipping on freight orders), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.
