"I bought this product years ago with a metal ball as the roll on from WS. I didn't realize that they no longer sell the product with the metal ball. It now comes with a plastic ball! This will cheapen the appearance of my oils which in turn will affect the price of my product. I have never returned an item. I just got off the phone with a representative and was told that I would have to pay to return the item. That 's a hard NO! I just placed an order with Amazon for replacement metal balls for this and another order of glass bottles. I will purchase this item from Amazon from here on out."

"These roll-ons make for a wonderful display in my shop. I don't believe that the sizing is correct because I measured and weighed it's contents and they both showed 10ml capacity not 7. That isn't necessarily a bad thing but it was a bit inconvenient for me since I already made the labels for 7ml and had to change them. My customers buy these all the time, I use them for my essential oil series. They make great gifts and luxury perfume options for those folks who cannot use synthetic versions of standard perfumes."

Is there a shrink wrap band that fits this bottle that is just like the lip balm tube shrink wraps? I'd like a twist off one for this and lip balm shrink wrap is slightly too small.: At this time, we do not offer a shrink band with the horizontal perforation to fit the 0.23 oz glass roll on bottles. The suggestion will be passed on to our purchasing department.
According to the description "This bottle holds 0.23 oz (7 ml) up to 0.33 oz (10 ml) by weight and 0.33 oz (10 ml) by volume." How can you put (10ml) .33 oz of volume into a .23 oz bottle? That doesn't seem possible.: Most bottles do hold more then their advertised amount. A 8 oz. bottle will usually hold between 8.5-9 oz. of product. This is why we have this information listed on our website.
Is is possible to buy the roller ball tops & cap separately for this bottle?: These bottles with roller ball are sold as a set and are not available separately.
