WAY Too Coconutty!

"This is my 1st order with WSP, & so far the experience hasn't been great. The coconut comes through SOOOOO heavy, this is definitely NOT what I was looking for in a cherry almond scent. All the comments here about it being sweet, cherry heavy, reminiscent of Jergen's, amaretto-esque, sold me, as that's what I was looking for, but I wonder if those were meant for a different blend? In lotion, both the cherry & almond seem to disappear, & all that remains is a fake coconutty scent. Not a fan at all, & really disappointed, unfortunately."

This is a great fragrance

"This is a great fragrance for lotion bars. Only a slight amount needed for a great scent."

Leaky

"I too ordered these years ago when they had a metal roller ball. I was disappointed to see that they switched to plastic as it's not as smooth feeling. I ordered these anyway because the price is right only to find myself having to repackage over half my products a they are a leaky mess. I may discontinue roller perfume from my line-up entirely due to the frustrations these have caused."

Not a balanced scent

"Unfortunately, the scent leans more towards the almond category than cherry. I really do like the fact that it is a very strong scent so it does well in cold process soap, recipes but I just hate the fact that I smell more almonds than cherry in this and I love cherry. I did purchase this type of scent from another vendor and really liked the fact that it was more cherry, so I was a little bit disappointed with this one. ."

Q&A

Hi! Would this scent work well for a shower steamer?
This is a personal preference. We recommend testing with you and your customers to see how it works.
How much color stabillizer do I need to add using this for 64oz of your Base Lotion and is more preservative needed?
The total amount of the Cherry Almond Fragrance oil for 64 oz of base is 0.26 oz. The Vanilla Color Stabilizer for Lotions is mixed with the fragrance oil at a ratio of one part VCS to 2 parts fragrance oil. So, you would mix 0.09 oz of VCS with 0.17 oz of the fragrance oil and add to the base. You do not need to add a preservative.
Hi can this fo be used in candles?
This fragrance can be used in candles.
If this fragrance is safe for use in perfume and lotion, why is it not safe in deodorant?
IFRA sets these usage rates based on the chemical components in the oil. Most oils have low usage rates in deodorants because underarm skin is more sensitive than skin in other areas.
Would rose clay in CP soap make a difference in the discoloration?
Unfortunately, the color will still morph because of the vanilla in the fragrance oil. We recommend using our vanilla color stabilizers to keep the fragrance from browning your soap: https://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/products/vanilla-color-stabilizer-cp-soap.aspx
