"This product is pretty much perfect! A great blend of coconut oil and stevia. I tried making my own with water like google said and it was terrible in one batch of lip balm. . . it separated and I wasted a batch of lip balms. So i was blessed to find this product! Advantages: It's pre mixed with coconut oil as the base so it blends right into your products that already have coconut oil in them :) You only need a little bit as it is very sweet!"

"I had been looking for a sweetener that would be a great addition and I found it. This sweetener is AMAZING and works very well. It also lasts a very long time. I make about 30 lip balms at a time per batch and only use 1/2 tsp and it's perfect. It's not too sweet and gives the flavor oils OOMPH!!! Advantages: Sweetens perfectly Disadvantages: Solidifies below 76 degrees Fahrenheit due to the coconut oil. I have to sit this in a hot water bath until it melts."

"Great for giving my lip balms their ""flavor"". Makes the flavor oils comes to life and taste great! Advantages: Easy to mix into balm and provides the perfect amount of sweetness to add ""flavor"" to lip balms. Disadvantages: Solidifies quickly when it just sits/is stored. I have to put the bottle on the hot oven or over the heating vent to liquify it again to be able to use it."

- What is the shelf life?
- Our products are good for 1 year after purchase date.
- How is there not a usage rate listed? Can you please list one? This is very expensive and it would be nice to know the usage rate before purchasing. I a little upset as I just bought thousands of preprinted lip balm tubes (raspberry being one of them) and was using the raspberry glaze flavor oil and you no longer carry it. I will have to find another and use flavor oil....thinking this one...but the usage rate would be helpful.
- Add up to 10% to enhance the essence of your other flavors. Or, add in small increments with our Disposable Pipettes until desired level of sweetness is reached. It is recommended to add in small amount up to the 10%, too much will make it bitter.
- Is there a specific temperature range you should use the sweetener at?
- There is not. As long as it is liquid you can incorporate. Heating too high may compromise, though.
