Clear caps hard to remove

"The clear caps are difficult to remove from the black ribbed sprayers. I've been calling and emailing about this problem. The company replaced them but most of the replacements are hard to remove as well. It's as if they are glued together. I've always relied on WSP for quality products but this one isn't it."

What's the difference between this sprayer top and the petite sprayer tops?: We do not offer a petite sprayer, only a petite pump. The difference is the sprayer is a fine mist and the petite pump dispenses like a pump.
Can you please advise what size shrink wrap would fit just around the neck of the jar if I use this size sprayer top? I'm not looking to cover the entire bottle. Just the sprayer top.: We recommend using a 50 x 55 shrink wrap band.
How do you clean these? Do you have to clean them like you would with the bottles and caps you sell?: It is not necessary to clean but if you prefer to, you could spray water or alcohol through the sprayer.
