How many are in a "set"?: One set includes one tube and one cap.
Which shrink wrap would be used for this tube? Under the Q&A there are 2 different sizes that were answered with.. the 40x40 & the 115x55. Which one would best suit this tube?: The suggested size 40 x 40 will fit the top of the tube around the cap. The 115 x 55 will provide a shrink around the entire tube.
Hi I have been using these for a while now and get very frustrated. Yoday I made 14 lips balms using your product and 8 of them roll up? I have a whole drawer full that won't roll up. Is there a way to test them prior to filling?: Unfortunately, there is not a way to test beforehand. We have made several recipes using these tubes and have not had any issues. You might want to check your pour temperature and make sure it is not too hot, that could cause the dials to malfunction. Another possible reason is the product is too hard and the dial mechanism is unable to grab hold of the product. Please contact customer service at 1-800-359-0944 with any further questions.
