Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
- To large bowl, add castor oil, pumpkin seed oil, cupuacu butter, emulsifying wax and stearic acid.
- Heat in microwave until all ingredients have melted.
- Add coffee butter and let melt from heat of melted oils and wax mixture. Stir to mix into oils.
- Place in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to cool and thicken.
- Once product starts to thicken, remove from fridge and scrape sides of bowl with spatula.
- Begin to blend using hand mixer until product starts to thicken.
- Slowly add both sugars while continuing to blend.
- Add in sodium lactate, preservative, fragrance oil & vitamin E. Stir well to incorporate.
- Fill jars to approximately 7.75 ounces each. Place lids on jars.
- Label product accordingly.
To Use: Massage gently onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
