"If I am using the process with the mica, will the color come off during usage and do I add the FO before or after the coloring process. If added after do I have to leave them out to dry before packaging? Thanks"

Staff Answer Color should come off in the water, depending on how much color is used We recommend adding the fragrance first, then the color. Yes, you should leave out at least 6 hours to overnight, to ensure the salts are dry before packaging.

Staff Answer This is up to you. We like to use bath-water safe mica powders or our stained glass liquid colors when coloring bath salts.

"Do you need to add P80 to the bath salts to keep the coloring from staining bath tubs? If so how much and how is that incorporated?"

Staff Answer Adding Poly 80 is helpful in keeping the color blended into the water. Normal use is an equal amount of poly 80 to the oils in the recipe. Simply mix in with the oils and blend into the salts. Set out to dry before packaging.
