"Can I add EO's to this? Also, can I use Mango butter in addition to the Shea Butter?"

Staff Answer Yes, you can use an essential oil in place of the fragrance. You can cut the Shea Butter in half and use 1 oz. Shea and 1 oz. Mango Butter if you prefer.
