Approximate processing times are displayed; in business days, and can be found in the banner at the top of the website. Business Day 1 is the business day after your order is placed. Processing times will vary depending on current order volume. If you are in need of faster processing, consider selecting the “Line Jump” at checkout. A line jump will allow your order to skip ahead of others and process faster. To help determine when your jumped order will ship, the estimated ship date will display on your screen at checkout. Bulk items that are special ordered cannot be line jumped. Bulk orders with items taken from stock are eligible for line jump processing.

If you need even faster processing as well as faster transit you may want to consider expediting your order. Paid orders with expedited shipping will be processed within a business day for in-stock items only; holidays, weekends and office closures excluded.

Your total delivery time is our processing time + shipping time calculated in business days (M-F); holidays and office closures excluded. To estimate your final delivery date, please use the following guidelines:

* Guaranteed for in-stock items only. Processing for expedited orders will ship within one business day once order is paid in full. FedEx does not count the day the package is shipped as a shipping day.

* FedEx does not guarantee any transit times during the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as during “force majeure” events.

* FedEx is closed on all major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving - these days are not included in shipping time.

* We cannot guarantee the above ship times for any orders received after noon EST.
