These black jars are excellent for packaging male shaving creams, though I imagine you you could use them for thick body creams as well. On a table display, these jars resonate with males. It's like the jars beckons them because this packaging easily reads as ""Not female. ""As far as the construction, these are quite sturdy and are larger than than the single walled jars. Why does this matter? Because when you're filling the jars with whipped product (like shaving cream), you can actually fill the jars with about 2. 5 oz, but the jar still has the appearance of a 4oz. It's definitely worth the extra cost for these jars."
