- Yes, this would fit the 4 oz. Powell Oval Jars. If you look at this jar on our website and look under "Additional Details" you will find all the lids that will fit this jar.

- This cap is made of Polypropylene Plastic. You would need to check your local recycling center to see if this would be accepted.

- Hi Christina, There is a foam liner in the top of the cap. Products with "F217 Liner" in the title will all have foam liners.
