Q&A
- What is the trick to getting the seal to stick to the jar and not inside the lid? I have cleaned the rims with alcohol before putting the lids on and my customers are still telling me they are not sealed because the seal is staying in the lid.
- The liner inside the lid is not meant to seal the jar. You would need to use the 58mm Press & Seal Liners which would be placed over the opening of the jar.
- What is the measurement of the surface top? I'm planning to purchase round labels to go on top.
- These lids measure 2.25" across but the ribbed caps do have a narrow edge on them which reduces the label area to about 2". We do always recommend having the packaging in-hand before ordering labels.
