Is there a BULK option for 360 pieces so it will match the BULK for the jars?: Bulk sizes are full cases of product. Since caps are much smaller, there are many more caps per box than jars. Unless you purchase a jar and lid as a set, they will not be equal in quantity.
Is it necessary to use a press and seal with lids that have liners? I've found with some lids with liners they don't fit snug when a seal is added.: It is your own preference to use a press and seal liner depending on your product. The liner inside the cap should not affect the press and seal liners.
