Tastes More Like a Fragrance OIl

"I was really excited about this flavor oil and had my customers stoked about it too - and it's the worst-tasting flavor. It tastes like a fragrance oil, rather than a flavor oil. It is labeled as being being unsweetened so I used the Lip-Smacking Sweetener and it didn't help. Now, I will be using this lip balm myself - I do not like waste and I cannot sell this to my customers. Back to the drawing board for a new lavender flavor oil."

Gross, Do Not Buy!

"I was looking for a replacement for Crafter's Choice Lavender flavor oil, as WSP no longer offers it. I saw this flavor oil and noticed some of the recent reviews were not great, but decided to take a chance anyway. This is the WORST flavor oil I have ever purchased (in 5 years!). It tastes and smells like a bar of soap or chemical of some kind. It has a horrible aftertaste that lingers, no matter how many times you try to wipe it off. It's just awful, I can't find one positive thing about it. I will be throwing this out, as there's no way I could sell this to customers. I really hope they bring back the Crafters Choice flavor oils!"

Tastes like Perfume

"I was so excited for this flavor oil. I'm a huge fan of lavender tea, so I thought I would love this. However, this doesn't taste at all like lavender. It tastes like soap/perfume. I'm tossing it."

"I was really excited to use this to make a lavender lip balm. It is way too perfumey for me. I think I would use a sweetener and less of it. I used 9% of the total weight."

I am in love with this fl. . .

"I am in love with this flavor. I am not normally a big lavender fan because it can be too floral for my taste but this one is lovely. Perfect blend of lavender with the sweet vanilla makes a nice subtle scent. I don't add sweeteners to my lip balms, I can smell them just fine, don't need the extra calories :). I will definitely be buying more of this. Advantages: Smells nice, easy to use, oils filled to rim, very pleasing scent Disadvantages: None"
