"Great in soaps, awful in lotions"

COMMENTS: I first tried this on lotions, and it was awful. So a few months later, I experimented with soaps (ocean themed, with some fine sand from a popular beach here, using molds with lighthouse theme). OMG, it was heavenly and addicting!!!

COMMENTS: This is an amazing FO - It smells divine and in CP soap it behaved beautifully. I soaped around 86 degrees and I had TONS OF TIME to do many layers in my ombre soap - You won't be disappointed in this fragrance. I just cut it today, so I will have to see how it holds up in CP after 4 weeks cure time. I'm not worried though. Smells amazing.

"I don’t get all the wonderful reviews for this FO?"

COMMENTS: I couldn’t have been more disappointed! I used in Coconut Apricot wax (NOT SOY BUT THERE IS NO CATEGORY FOR COCONUT WAX). It has cured for a week now and I can barely smell it, the CT on a scale of 1-10 is a “2” at best! I used the maximum percentage for my wax and it’s as if there’s no FO in it at all. I doubt with a longer cure it will improve. Evidently it’s great in soap, but I’m a chandler. There are so many other fragrance oils I have that have a killer cold AND hot throw. This one is a dud for me.

COMMENTS: This scent is so apropos and simply fabulous and in my Soleseife (Salt Brine) Spa Bars! It did take a little more fragrance to get it to stick after the cure, but oh, how fresh and 'Spa-like' this scent is. You can almost smell the sea mist wafting in on the gentle breeze! I love, Love, LOVE it and this is the first review I have EVER written about any fragrance I've used. There's only one Spa scent I place above this and it's made by another company. The fragrance is stronger and thus, lasts longer in the final product. COMMENTS: I got this FO last year. I like my fragrances to stick to whatever product I make. I made some hot process soap with this fragrance oil well over a year ago and the fragrance in the small piece of HP soap I saved smells exactly how it did when I first made it. I made a batch of cold process soap for someone around the same time I made the HP soap and a few weeks after I gave it to her she was raving about how nice it smelled and how the scent stuck to her skin. The scent in the soap was even strong enough that she used it as an air freshener!

"Tranquil and mysterious "

COMMENTS: I used this to make cold process soap and noticed after making the soap it did not smell like anything. As the soap continues to cure, it smells tranquil and mysterious. I think this is a good scent for both men and women. It's a keeper for my soap line. No ricing, acceleration or heating.

	"Didn't stick long enough"
COMMENTS: I liked the fragrance initially. It was perfect for a beach themed soap. However within 3 months this fragrance faded completely in cp soap. I can make unscented soap ( much cheaper) or I can use a fragrance that appeals to the majority who want their soap to smell wonderful but I REALLY don't like spending the money on a fragrance only to have it fade away completely. I did not try it in any other product so cannot speak to its performance in anything other than cp.

"Enchanting and Addicting Scent!"

COMMENTS: I made some bath bombs with this fragrance and now all I want to do is sit in the tub with them :) I will definitely be trying this in a perfume and possibly lotion as well because I want to smell this scent all of the time. COMMENTS: I mixed this 50/50 with cedar and driftwood because I did not have enough of either scent for the batch I was making. The scents are similar yet I think I prefer the cedar and driftwood just a tad as it seems to be a bit stronger. Combined the scent is very strong and smells wonderful in my salt soap that has been curing for 4 weeks now.

"Beautiful Fragrance"

COMMENTS: This is the perfect ocean fragrance for me. I have used in CP, scrubs, fizzies, and some M&P and it smells wonderful and has great scent retention every time. Works great in CP but definitely accelerates, though I still had time to swirl several colors. Best to have a plan and work fast! There is some light floral to this fragrance but it also has a nice salt that keeps it from becoming cloying or too flowery.

"Smells great... for a while"

COMMENTS: Read the reviews and decided to try it. LOVE the smell.. it behaved well when I used it in CP, but the scent didn't hold at all. I like to keep a bar aside so I can see how it does over a long period of time and about a month beyond cure time it lost all fragrance. I plan on using it again in a different recipe so we'll see if that matters.

COMMENTS: I've been looking for a non suntan beach FO. This scent smells just like the Indigo Hotel in Atlanta, which is a beach type private hotel. Nice watery and fresh florals with a bit of sea salty sprayI soap cool and had no issues with acceleration or ricing. At first I though the Fo was trying to separate but it didn't. I used 6 colors for an in the pot swirl and it was gorgeous!

COMMENTS: I got this FO based on reviews, but I must say that this is a scent that you will love or hate. I personally cannot stand the smell. If you're looking for a sea scent I highly recommend the Sea Salt & Driftwood (unisex to masculine) it behaves beautifully and the scent lingers on the skin, or the Sea Glass ( unisex to feminine) very light, well- behaved beautiful scent. This Abalone scent is very spicy and has some acceleration. Doesn't remind me of the ocean at all, just smells like overbearing old lady perfume. I love WSP's fragrances, but this one is not for me.

"Amazing Scent"

COMMENTS: This is a nice clean scent. Unisex leaning more towards manly. It is very light in CP, however it smells so good I can overlook that. The scent is hard to describe.... Not really oceany, not really perfumy, just clean and nice. I also used this in a whipped body butter and the smell was wonderful. I might purchase again. It smells great, just not strong.

COMMENTS: Didn't know if I quite liked it or not when I smelled it out of the bottle. It smells very good in the soap. Makes me think of sea shells on the beach. My kitchen smelled wonderful so guess where that batch of soap is curing! You don't need much. I think that's why I didn't care for it when I smelled it out of the bottle. It was too much fragrance hitting my nose, but it mellows out nicely in the CP soap. Behaves very well as I was doing swirls. Had plenty of time.

COMMENTS: I used this in melt in pour at 3% and its' nice and strong with decent staying power. Customers had difficulty identifying with this fragrance in soap and not one bar sold until I gave it the name ocean. COMMENTS: This is a beautiful F/O and has worked very well in all of the different projects I've tried with it. It is strong enough to be good but not overpowering, and it's even more beautiful after it's cured for a bit, and haven't had an issue with scent fading. I'm just getting into hair shampoo and conditioner, but think it will be amazing in that too. The scent is clean and refreshing to the senses and is fast becoming one of my more popular scents.

"A good Ocean scent"

COMMENTS: This smells salty and behaves really well in cold process soap. It moves fast, but doesn't seize like many ocean scents. That said it is a little more floral and less salty than some other fragrances I've tried. It is not a perfect ocean scent, but is the best behaved while still having that ocean character of all the fragrances I've tried.

COMMENTS: I was a little reluctant about buying this fragrance because of the name. I didn't want it to be fishy smelling. The reviews I read about it convinced me to try it, and I am SO glad that I did!! It has a very clean scent that is not overpowering. I have a lovely mold of a Mermaid and another one of a Koi Fish and I'm going to use this for both of the molds! Also, will include it in our SPA line of scrubs and exfoliants! "Beautiful: My New Favorite Fragrance!"

COMMENTS: This is a beautiful, complex scent that really holds well in soap. It's my new favorite. It's bright and reminds me kind of a fruity sea fragrance, as if there was a mixture between a candied apple and a traditional sea scent. Did not accelerate trace and worked well in M&P, too. Highly recommend!

COMMENTS: Bought this to use to scent the fish in a bag soaps for a kids birthday party favor I was making. Very pleasant smelling, and not to overwhelming.
