| COMMENTS: I used this product for a natural colorant in hot process soap for a order I received. I use only natural colorants but this was a specific yellow I needed. It turned out perfect! I infused it in Grapeseed oil using tea bags bought at WSP. Very happy with this product! Will be buying again!

| COMMENTS: I use this in my bath bombs and I love the orange color. However, I'm having trouble with the powder fully dissolving. So, I get orange specs in the bath bombs as well as the orange color. I put them in melted mango butter but it still doesn't dissolve that well.

| COMMENTS: I purchased this annato seed powder to naturally color some of my products. I have used it often in several of my cold process soaps and lip balms. Always works well and can get a wide range of yellow to orange color depending on how much is used.

| COMMENTS: I've had the most success with this by infusing it into olive oil. It is a beautiful orange color.
Added directly to soap, it is gritty and can be a pleasant exfoliator, but it tends to clump up if not dispersed well. It gives much less color added directly.

| COMMENTS: I wasn't sure what to expect when I started using this. It was my first try using it and I really like the results. I used it in cold process with half the bar using this mixed with apricot kernel oil and the other half of the bar I used just calendula petals. The two look really great next to each other and give and great look to a more "natural" bar.

| COMMENTS: I used this in cold process pumpkin soap. When I unmolded my soap, it was the perfect dark orange color I was hoping for but, over the next day or two, it turned a dark brown. My hubby said it looked like pumpkin pie after it was baked so it works but it was a bit disappointing after seeing the initial color. I will have to play with the amount I use - I will definitely still use it again!

| COMMENTS: I used this in powder form in some CP. There are a few specks here and there because I did not infuse it first, but that is ok in my design. I love the buttery creamy yellow I got. I wanted to avoid going orange on this particular recipe. But I would like to go orange on the next one, so I will use a bit more. A little goes a very long way.

" A little goes a long way" |
| COMMENTS: This powder makes a beautiful color...just be careful how much you use. The directions say 1tsp-1tbsp for 1 lb of oil...I added about 0.5 tbsp for about 1.5 lbs of soap and it came out a very pumpkin orange...so much to the point the lather has a bit of orange to it. It also leaves dark flecks...which is actually a nice natural exfoliant and visually appealing. I will use it again, just to a much less degree...which isn't bad because it is more economical that way. I would probably go with about 0.5 tsp in 1.5 lbs. to start with.
I have to say I am very impressed with all of the natural powders WSP has. I LOVED all of the vitamins and pigments and look at all of their benefits. It is very antioxidant properties they have. I just want to try them all NOW! If you haven't done so yet, go to the natural impressive! Thank you WSP for giving such wonderful options!!! :)

| COMMENTS: I used this in CPS for a natural colorant. I initially added 1 tsp to 1 tbsp Almond oil and whisked in a small glass jar to have ready for future use. When I used them this weekend, I was very happy to see the vibrant colors of nature and how well they held up through the gel phase. I am so glad I chose the natural route, these are wonderful.

"Great natural orange color!" |
| COMMENTS: I use this in CP soap for a natural orange color. It produces a very vibrant orange! I infuse the olive oil with the powder at a rate of 2tsp/cup of oil for 2 hours in crockpot, strain with cheesecloth and then use the infused oil at a rate of 15% of total oils in the soap. Too much will turn your skin and the lather orange, so 15% is a good amount. Who needs synthetic colorants when you can go all natural with powders like this!
