Can this oil be used with 20142 and/or 20140 to be applied to the skin via roller ball? If so, do I need to thin this oil out, or can it be used as is? I'm trying to make a "grownup" perfume for my granddaughter (to keep her out of her mom's lol). I've never done this before. Any advice is very much appreciated! Thank you.: Yes , you can use this carrier oil, You will mix this carrier oil with the FO , I advise to look at the IFRA guidelines for the maximum percentage that can be used in a roll on perfume.
