Is avocado oil VEGAN: Yes Avocado oil is considered vegan.
Is this oil refined? Thanks!: Yes, this oil is refined.
If im making a body oil with just avocado oil and fragrance , can I? or do i need to add anything else to the formula. they will be made in 4oz bottles.: These two ingredients should mix together well. If, for some reason, they separate you might need to add FO/EO Modifier.
Could this be used in melt and pour goats milk soap?: You can add a small amount of oil to the melt and pour soap but this will cut down on the amount of lather the soap will make.
