"I was excited to use the fragrance in my CP soap. Used at the max percent but was disappointed in the scent payoff and more disappointed in the discoloration. My soap turned brown despite adding color."

"I tried to make deodorant with it, and it was a fail. No scent at all. Possibly the heat destroyed what little scent it had. Bacc 540 is a pretty delicate scent to begin with, so I didn't expect much. I'll try to make a spray cologne with it for a car freshener."

Received broken bottles

"My bottles were broken because they were wrapped instead of put in a box for protection. Every single bottle was broken yet. I have yet to hear from customer service so I will be calling my bank and submitting the receipt to get my money back and I will never order from this company again. I don't know what has changed. But clearly the customer service has became poor. I have sent multiple emails. I have attempted to call. I have tops with no bottles, and because of this, it calls me to miss out on a vendor fare. So I also lost money"
