"I don’t know if I got a bad batch, but I hate this oil. It smells like chemicals. I get a hint of berry, but not much. Is there anything I can blend it with to tone down the smell? Can I mix vanilla with it, or some berry scent that actually smells like berries? "

"I noticed that some fragrance oils cost more than other and I was wondering why. for instance, this fragrance oil is dupe of Body and bath, same as the black raspberry cream fragrance, but, this one is cheaper than other and I was wondering why?"

"Doesn't hold scent at all!!"

COMMENTS: I purchased this fragrance oil based on the outstanding reviews...didn't notice that all of the reviews were from years ago. My experience with this fragrance oil has not been at all like these reviews!! I am a very experienced soaper, and I have purchased many fragrances from WSP, and usually I have been happy. OOB this fragrance is wonderful. I love that the vanilla scent comes through. It soaps beautifully...no ARD. Very happy with that. Scent rentention? Not at all. My bars are 3 weeks into the cure, and they have absolutely no fragrance. I could sell them as unscented. So sad. I was hoping it could replace my Black Raspberry Vanilla, as I am not crazy about it, but it just doesn't cut it. May work fine in lotions or bath bombs.

"What I always wanted!"

COMMENTS: This is everything I always wished Black Rasberry Vanilla would smell like! BRV is great, but always leaves me wondering where the vanilla's at. With this FO, it's distinctly berries AND vanilla!! It soaps awesome too... You'd think with such a definite vanilla note, this FO would turn your soap dark brown, but it totally doesn't! It does turn your base a yellow-ish color, but with added white mica, it translates as a creamy, vanilla ice cream-like shade in CP; PERFECT for the "theme" of the fragrance! With its affordability, spot-on scent & perfect behavior in CP, I'm impressed & would absolutely recommend this FO to others!

"Love. It. Need. More."

COMMENTS: I decided to try this fragrance for the first time and am so ecstatic that I did!!! I have made lotions, cold process soap, melt & pour soap and soy candles with it so far. It behaves wonderfully in CP and MP soap with no acceleration or ricing and the scent lasts and just gets better and better even after cure. I need to get some micas and make some embeds to really showcase this bad boy and its ability!! I want to make a body wash, shampoo and conditioner next. If I ever get into the bath bombs and candle melts then this will be my go to fragrance for my first one. Everyone loves loves loves the scent in whatever I make with it. I think this is actually my favorite scent!! Thank you!

COMMENTS: Behaved great in CP goat milk batches. There is an almost undetectable yellow tint; I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't done a batch of unscented at the same time. Light and creamy wild berry scent at 1oz ppo with plenty of time for swirls or designs. I would definitely use again.

I used the same recipe for all four except this one must have over heated and separated because it's oozing oil out of all the bars I cut...badly too. COMMENTS: I made cupcakes out of this and all the kids love it! I however, am not a big fan. I gave 5 stars because it sells quickly but if I had to rate it on what I thought of it, it would get 3 or maybe 4 stars. It smells good OOB but it's very faint and it holds up well in soap but again, I can't smell it much. No discoloring, ricing or acceleration though which is a bonus!

"Blue berry sugar scrub."

COMMENTS: Big hit with the customers. One customer said that it smells so good they were tempted to eat it. I didn't recommend eating it but I understand why they would want to because it smells so delicious. If you like a sweet fruity scent, this one is really nice. I intend to use it in MP soap for a kids Christmas soap.

COMMENTS: I LOVE this scent. I am a person that is very sensitive to artificial smells but this fragrance oil is so natural. I used it to make neapolitan ice cream scented soap bars. My only suggestion is to buy a lot more than you think you would need because you can use a generous amount since its so natural.

"Sooo Yummy!!! Works it so many products!"

COMMENTS: I bought this fragrance just to try something different - and let me tell you IT'S Sooooo Yummy! At first I thought I would be disappointed with the scent - because when I sniffed it in the bottle it does have an overwhelming bitter note that it very off putting. But thankfully I had gotten just a small drop of the fragrance oil on my wrist when I was opening the bottle (which was very securely sealed) Anyways, I noticed about an hour later that I kept getting a real yummy waft of fragrance as I was working on my labels, when I realized it was this scent! So I quickly whipped up a batch of roll-on perfume, added this incredible fragrance and rolled it across my pressure points. OMG!! It is such a wonderful scent! It reminds me of fresh baked berry cobbler, or warm berry sauce on an ice cream sundae, or maybe a fresh berry pie, anyways - try it! Use the smallest amount you think you'll need, and you will love this! A little goes a long way too!!! I also made an emulsified body scrub with this & it is a hit!! I will be incorporating this fragrance in lots of other things this spring! Thanks again WSP for making such a great scent and packing it so well too!

"Nice, but not what I was expecting"

COMMENTS: I liked it, but not in love with it. I think the vanilla overpowered the berry scent, but I think others may just love this scent. It's really up to individuals taste. I put it in my shea butter and it came out pretty, just not my favorite. Let's see how it sells.

COMMENTS: I used this in cp soap. It soaps really well, doesn't accelerate at all and I had ample time to blend after I'd already mixed the fo in to my batch. The scent smells primarily like sweet blueberries and cut strawberries maybe drizzled with some sugar. Not picking up on much vanilla but I still love it!

COMMENTS: My partner and I were trying to find a light berry scent and this fit the mold for our products. It's fresh and light but still feminine and sweet.
