"I'm a little confused about 2 things. First, you say it is cassia eo and almond oil in this blend, but in another place, you say that the cassia is diluted with soybean oil, not almond oil. Second, does the DEA regulate cassia? I was under the impression that they only have to regulate bitter almond, which this is not (even though it's called bitter almond).Thank you."

	"Not for cold process soap"
COMMENTS: First of all, it's expensive, especially if you waste your time using it in CP soap. Initially, it will smell amazing in your soap, but a week or two out, the scent was gone. And I don't mean faded or weak, I mean gone. I cut a few bars in half to use myself and there was a faint aroma inside the bar only. I did use it in a sugar scrub and that seems to be fine. I'm not buying it again though, and I wish I wouldn't have bought such a big size. ??

"Spot-on scent"

COMMENTS: I wasn’t sure what to expect, but decided to order. Bitter Almond EO is part of my product line and I was almost out. I’m glad I took the plunge. It smells just like the EO. "Riced in my CP soap"

COMMENTS: Made a large 85 oz. batch of Olive Oil based CP soap so I needed 8 oz. of fragrance oil. I put in 4 oz. of Coffee Mocha Type Fragrance Oil 213 which was light in color and had no problem but when I added the 4 oz. of Bitter Almond Natural 587, is was very dark in color and behaved badly ricing instantly. This stuff smelled wonderful in the bottle and has great reviews so I don't know if I should have mixed the fragrances together first or if I had a harder oil in my recipe it just didn't like. I have never had that happen in my years of making soap. That was an expensive lesson I learned with this fragrance since I was unable to salvage it. Make sure this fragrance oil will work for your recipe.

COMMENTS: Unfortunately, the scent in this one practically disappears within 48 hours. 4 weeks later it's all but gone and 8 weeks later it is gone. Used this in a coffee soap and have sold only 1 bar out of 36 bars. I used kaolin clay with it in hopes of getting the scent to retain but that didn't work either. If you use this in something other than CP soap, you'll love it but I won't be using this in CP soap again.

COMMENTS: I had purchased other bitter almond oils before trying this one in my soaps and I have to say this variety was noticeably different than the others. It seems to have a very slight hint of smokiness to it. The others I've tried were more sweet, this one more toasted. "Faded...."

"Wonderful Scent!"

COMMENTS: We all love this scent! Came back and bought more the next day. I like strong smelling soap, so with that being said, our Bitter Almond soap has a nice strong scent. COMMENTS: This oil is unique and very classy- it was totally high class type and tried to save it because I love the smell so much. It reminds me of Barcelona Spain. I used it to scent CP soap and I was surprised the scent lasted very long and was wonderful. I used as recommended and had no problem and kept the color of soap natural.

"Smells like Sugar Cookies"

COMMENTS: Works perfectly in Goat Milk cremes for eczema for little ones & in leave-in detanglers/hair conditioners. Smells like almond/sugar cookies. A little goes a long way! Smell stays & doesn't breakdown or fade over time. Wished that the carrier oil was something other than Sweet Almond Oil for those that are allergic to nut oils.

"Bitter Almond Essential Oil"

COMMENTS: Best Almond Fragrance available!!! I mix this with a little regular Almond FO, and the blend is fabulous. I have been using this since I started making soap in 2002. Used with the Honey and Goat milk M&P bases. My best seller!

	"Cherry almond scent"
COMMENTS: This is a strong fragrance...a little goes a long way, so I usually use less fragrance per pound of cold-process soap (.43oz/lb) than my normal recipe, so as not to overpower. This scent can smell a bit chemically out of bottle, but once it is cured in soap it becomes a lovely light cherry almond, like the favorite lotion my mom loves! I like that this is a more natural fragrance, since it uses some bitter almond components. While the almond soap I make is not among my best-sellers, it has its fans, so I am a repeat orderer of this fragrance.
