This is a WSP fragrance.Bottom notes would be the black amber & musk, with the clove & nutmeg rounding out the middle and top.
You say that This product is not on the CA Prop 65 list of toxic chemicals but thats not true. There are three components mentioned in the SDS under the CA Prop 65 list of toxic chemicals.
