How long does the Bubble cake hardener last if unopened ?: This product has a shelf life of 1 year from purchase date.
I'm looking at your shower steamer recipe and you use 7.3% arrowroot powder (of the formulation). I wanted the steamer to last as long as possible (a couple, three showers) and wanted the steamer to be hard. Can I substitute the Bubble Cake Hardener for the Arrowroot? If so, what % of the recipe would you use as substitution?: You can make this substitution, but we are unsure whether or not it will extend the life of the shower steamer. This is something you will have to test.
