"I've used the Carnauba wax to make my lip balms. A 2oz bag doesn't seem like a lot but it really is! I have made several batches of balm and I'm still working off my initial 2oz bag. This was really helps keep the balm firm."

- Yes, this can be used with beeswax for that purpose.
- What is the SAP value for Carnauba Wax and do you have the soap qualities (for the lye calculator) for this wax?
- The SAP value is between 78-95. We currently do not have the soap qualities but we will work on adding that.
- I made some vegan salves with candellila wax and I always get ugly white spots on everything after they sit for awhile. Will Carnauba Wax help with the white spots or is there something else you recommend? Id like to keep this specific recipe Vegan if possible. Thanks!
- The Candelilla Wax should not be what is causing the white spots. Unfortunately we do not know what else is in your salve to be able to help you troubleshoot this.
- Do you know if this carnauba wax is eco friendly harvested?
- Yes, our Carnauba Wax is EcoCert which covers sustainable harvesting.
- would you recommend this for Candle burning? if not, what wax would you recommend?
- We do not carry any wax for candle making. We do have a few recipes for wax melts using beeswax but nothing that can actually be burned using a wick.
