Directions

Slowly stir into the water portion of your formulation. Common uses for this product are linen and iron spray (80-100%), lotions, shampoos, shower gels and liquid washes (5-20%), toners and masks (15-50%). Hydrosols can be used directly on the skin without dilution. Hydrosols are water soluble and a lighter aroma than essential oils. Test your final product to insure optimal performance.

"The price of this product is killing me. Even when I dilute it by 50%, it still doesn't leave much room for profit. And you have to add a preservative to it. FYI this is a very potent scent - you can definitely dilute it by half and it still smells very strong, you don't lose anything!"

Hello! i would like to make a facial toner with this hydrosol. I wanted to know if I could add chamomile extract water soluble to this?: Yes, you can add any of our water-soluble extracts to this hydrosol!
If I wanted to mix a small amount of hydrosol with aloe water to use as a face mist, would I need to add an additional preservative?: We would recommend adding a preservative unless the aloe water is already preserved. The Chamomile Water does contain its own preservative.
Hello. Can this hydrosol be used in melt and pour soaps and if so, what is the usage rate?: Hydrosols can be used in MP soap. The maximum amount of additives that can be added are 6%, including fragrance. So, you can add up to this amount.
Can this be used as a toner by itself ?: Hydrosols can be used straight on the skin as a toner.
What kind of preservative is used in this hydrosol?: The preservatives in this hydrosol are Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate and Citric Acid.
