Great Pine! For Room Diffuser and Furnace Filters

"True 'Pine' is very subjective. Christmas Wreath comes very close for me. I also like to personalize my room scents, so I occasionally tweak it by adding small amounts of Windsong Balsam and Balsam Pine. I use this concoction in a room Diffuser, and add a couple of drops to my Furnace Filter every couple of weeks. Unable to travel during this never-ending pandemic, I swear my house smells like I'm in a National Park."

"I absolutely love love Christmas Wreath FO. It smells just like Christmas and a Christmas tree. I used the last of mine and am back for more. It behaves beautifully in CP soap with no discoloration or acceleration and retains scent. There is nothing I dislike about this FO. Authentic pine scent!

"This smells crisp and clean. We made holiday wreaths one year using actual branches from our pine trees and this is exactly how it smelled. I plan to make lots this year so Christmas can come a little earlier. Customers really like it too. There's something soothing and relaxing about a good pine scent. It worked well in my cp soap too. Easy to work with and the finished product scent is not too overpowering to a point where it resembles a floor cleaner."

Is this fragrance skin safe to use in soaps?

How do we find out the what the usage rate for candles would be? Who would we contact or where would check if not WSP who sells it? I'd like to use for candles but not sure where to start to find out usage rate for my wax. Thank you!

Can this scent be used in candles? If so, at what percent?
This fragrance can be used in candle wax. You would need to follow the manufacturer's recommendation for fragrance load for your particular wax. As with any new fragrance, testing is recommended to be sure the fragrance is compatible with the wax.
How is it possible to be able to put 90% of this F.O into cold process soap? You usually don't see over 5%.
You would never put that much in your soap. This just means it is safe for whatever percentage you want to use. First check the IFRA level of your fragrance, then look at your base or recipe to see how much it can handle. So, you know that using your 5% fragrance in soap will not cause a problem. Does this fragrance contain mint? I have a client who's allergic, but really likes the sound of it.
Hi Kristen - US Federal Trade Secret laws protect fragrance oil's exact ingredients. Since the formula is propriety, we cannot determine if there is any mint in it. If your customer likes the sound of it, you could try mixing Fir Needle EO and Orange EO. We carry essential oils that are 100% pure and the exact ingredients can be found on the ingredients tab for that product.
