"I was looking forward to adding a watermelon lip balm to my line up for the summer but when I opened the bottle I was shocked at the odor - it stinks so bad! There is not even the slightest hint of anything remotely like watermelon, it has a very strong chemical odor. It’s so bad I’m afraid to waste the raw materials to even make a test balm. And it’s not just me - I let my family members smell this and they all said the same thing. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed in a lip balm flavor from WSP :("

Is it vegan?
This product is not Vegan.
After I open a bottle, when do flavoring oils expire?
Our products have a best by date of one year from date of purchase.
Does this have a color? Will it naturally dye products? Thank you
Our flavor oils do not contain any dyes.
What oils are used to create these flavor oils? I know some are made with fractionated coconut oil, others are made with sunflower oil.
The carrier oil used is castor oil.
Silly question, can this only be used in lip balm/scrubs. I would like to use it in melt and pour and body scrubs. I see were others mentioned additional uses but in their comments they are only referring to lip products. I have learned so much by Q&A and comments from others ... So very helpful to a beginner... Thank you Wendy
This has only been approved for use in lip products. If you look at the IFRA ratings for skin-care products under this flavor oil, the percentages are listed at zero.
