COMMENTS: The viscosity of this product is fantastic. I recently learned the hard way that coco glucoside has varying viscosity, and the unit to measure viscosity is cps (centipoise). Depending on the manufacturer, your glucoside may be on the lower end of the range. That said, this company's coco glucoside is on the higher end of the range, so keep that in mind when you decide to go to another brand. ALWAYS check the cps of the coco glucoside. Having the wrong viscosity can impact not only the thickness but also the performance of the final product, potentially leading to a less dense and rich foam.
