Can this oil be used on a furnace filter so that it can fragrant the home through the air vents?

I'm new to this stuff, I'm wondering if this scent can be used in the little bottle diffusers? When I look at the IFRA guideline chart, it says a percentage but it says non-cartridge systems, what does that mean?

Can this be used when making candles?

This fragrance can be used in candle wax. You would need to follow the manufacturer's recommendation for fragrance load for your particular wax. As with any new fragrance, testing is recommended to be sure the fragrance is compatible with the wax.

Do i need to use vanilla color Stabilizer if I use this fragrance in a scrub or lotion if it contains water?

Im making a coconut free lotion for people with coconut allergies. Does this have actual coconut in it? or is it just an imitation?
