Goat's milk contains plentiful amounts of alpha hydroxy acids (known for their effectiveness in breaking down the bonds that hold dead skin cells together), Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, E and minerals, making it a quintessential nourishing and regenerative formulation. In addition to the immensely beneficial goat's milk, other nourishing ingredients have been included to enhance this lotion including Aloe, Oat Bran Extract, Orange Peel Extract, Rice Bran Extract, Rosemary Extract and Sunflower Extract. It also contains caprylic/capric triglycerides derived from coconuts, which are excellent emollients that create a barrier on the skin's surface that decreases loss of moisture.

pH: 6.0
Shelf Life: 1 year
Use unscented (as-is) or add Fragrance or Essential Oils at a ratio of up to 1%. Base can be hand or machine mixed. Stove top heating not recommended.
Since it is unscented, you will use less oil to fragrance or essential oils. This is a high-quality lotion that will not separate or lose its integrity.
Requires very little of our Water-soluble Liquid Colorants.

COMMENTS: I like this lotion a lot and recommend it as is for folks with multiple chemical sensitivity. The ingredients test out very well in the EWG database despite not being organic. So it is really a wonderful option that I hope they always carry. However, it is sooooo thick that it is very difficult to handle even using squeeze bags to pipe it. I really wish that the lotion came with a pump dispenser or an optional pump dispenser that reached to the bottom of the bottle. Cutting the bottle in half and trying to scoop out the bottom third was a difficult and messy job and limits how much I can recommend it.

COMMENTS: I've mixed this lotion with other carrier oils, melted beeswax and shea butter and then zinc oxide to create a sunscreen. So far so awesome. Ive been making sunscreen for 5 years now but just cant do coconut oil anymore. So greasy, so messy. This base is creamy and softening and awesome for face too. Anyone else using this for more than "as is" lotion?
