Blue particles?!

"As melting using double boiler method, I noticed tiny blue particles sinking to the bottom of the large glass measuring cup. I didn't add any Shea butter or Coco butter as of yet because Cupuasu butter is harder & takes longer to melt. Couldn't use in that batch. Tried again later only to find the same but this time I noticed it before melting. Disappointed at best because of the cost of this product. Question? Where's all the reviews on this website ie. Recent. All reviews on most every product is at least 3 yrs. Old. I don't trust a website that doesn't have updated reviews."

Since this is a refined product, does that mean there is little to no natural scent left?
This butter has a sweet, nutty aroma.
Can your fragrance oils be applied directly to neck and wrist? If using a layering oil, what is the best to use?
You will have to check the max safe usage amount on the IFRA for each fragrance oil -- the categories and usages differ per FO & application.
Can you use cupuacu butter in a melt and pour soap?
Butters and Oils added to Melt and Pour soap can separate or make the soap soft. It can be added but a small test batch is recommended.
Should Cupuacu butter be tempered for use in lip balm or body butter?
The Cupuacu butter does not need to be tempered before adding to these products.
Can you please publish the Hair Mask recipe you used to show with the Cupuacu Butter in it? That is a customer favorite & I cannot find my copy...
