The best

"Three butter has been the soap I have used with the most positive feedback from customers that have skin issues. They love the way it feels and moisturizes their dry skin"

Love this soap

"This is one of my very favorite MP bases! Good lather, but very moisturizing as well."

Creamy lather

"After trying their other soaps, I believe I found a Winner! I kept this Triple Butter on the back burner for about 4 months. Firstly, the lather is fantastic both creamy and bubbly. Secondly there's no soap residue like commercial soaps. Thirdly and most importantly, after using this on my face there's no immediate need to moisturize. Off topic, as a newer soap crafter finding ""reviews"" here that are more recent than a year is few & far between. This goes for many other wsp products. What gives?"

soft, melts easily, & hardens slowly

"This soap base feels very soft and it melts easily. Taking very long time to harden is both a good and bad thing depending what project you are on. Since it melts so easily, some of my packaged soaps melted into liquid form in the sun at outdoor fairs (weather 70'F). This is something I really don't want happen. I'm now worried about my soaps been melted during shipping in summer. . . I have been using a different brand natural low sweat mp soap base for years and that brand's soap base takes longer time to melt but hardens really fast. It never melted in hot weather or in the bright sun. I'm now keeping both brands so that I have more choices for each project. One more thing is this base sweats more than the other brand, but it's acceptable. I like this base, but probably just going to order small amount instead of bulk in the future."

"The resident and I use Crafter' Choice melt and pour soap to make holiday bars of soap for them to give to their family member as gifts. They love picking out what mold, scent and the color we are going to use for the different Holidays."

DF three butter melt and pour soap base

"Used my three butter melt and pour base to make christmas presents. All the kids loved the way their skin felt after a shower. It lathers well and leaves no soapy feeling after shower. I will always order more, my order was processed and shipped very punctually. Received my order in plenty of time to make and wrap for Christmas. Thank you very much. Will be a return customer for life"

My Favorite Soap Base So Far!

"LOVE this soap base!!!! I have order about ten different bases and this one is by far my favorite! While I will rate all of my soap bases 5 stars I would give this one a solid 7 if I could! It melts evenly and doesn't burn easily. The difference is that when I & other have used this it works WONDERS. I don't know if it's the combo of all three butter or what but I LOVE this base!"

Q&A

How does the 24 lb option come? In a big block or individual 2 lb containers? Thank you! :)
The 24lbs come in 2lb increments.
can you re melt - Melt a pour soap once its been molded?
Yes you can. Each time you reheat the soap, add 1/2 tablespoon of distilled water per pound of soap base. Reheating more than twice can lead to the soap becoming cloudy, difficult to unmold, or developing MP soap bloom.
I am hoping to achieve a non sweat bar using this base. If I add clay will I still need a plastic wrapper or will a paper wrapper be ok?
These soaps are considered a more low-sweat soap but these can sweat if in a high-humidity climate.I do advise for you to wrap the soap once you removed the soap from the mold.
Is the stearic acid in this base vegan or animal-derived? Bree
The stearic acid in this base is vegetable derived.
Can citric acid be added to bring the pH down? I tested the pH which hovers around 9- way too alkaline! I'd like to bring it down to the 7.5 range.
We do not recommend trying to lower the pH. Melt & Pour becomes very gummy at lower pHs. All of our MP bases range from 8-10 on the pH scale.
