Directions

This product provides a natural botanical element to products. It is great for aromatic, hand blended potpourri, bath tea and embellishing soap. Incorporate slowly amount desired to achieve optimal performance. When added to a formula containing water, a preservative is required. When using in lotions, salves and lip balm, infuse the petals in oil and use the infused oil in your recipe. Note: Some herbs and botanicals will brown overtime when exposed to hot liquids and high pH. When testing a new recipe that contains botanicals, be sure to allow your finished product to sit for 2-4 weeks to ensure you are pleased with appearance and performance.

Hi would these bleed green into my white shower steamers after drying?: No, these should not bleed green into shower steamers.
I tend to make a tea leaf goat milk bar soap with general tea bags the coarseness of the leaves there helps exfoliate and hydrate the skin but I want to make a more "gourmet"/upscale style soap that gives off more of a natural fragrance. Any suggestions on what I should use?: Any new botanicals would need to be tested. You could try spearmint leaf, sage, rosemary, peppermint, lemongrass or eucalyptus. These would be the most aromatic botanicals we offer.
could these be used in a oil infusions?: Yes, the eucalyptus leaf can be used in an infusion.
I would like to add to rice bags (for use as microwaved warm compress or refrigerated cold compress) - would be mixed with rice and sewn into cotton bag - predict any problems? Thanks!: This is something you will need to test. We have never made a product like this so we cannot be sure of the outcome. We would love to hear how this works for you, though.
