Completely wrong item as usual

"Every order I make something is messed up, I either get half of the order, the wrong lids for jars, the wrong jars with correct lids, missing lids, I order gardenia oil and get coconut, I order Butterscotch oil and get purple Mica, wth is going on with this place?? Now customer service is taking DAYS AND DAYS to even respond. I have been ordering for YEARS."

"I bought this based on the stellar reviews. Immediately out of the jar, it stinks like a chemical. There is no way this is scented as coconut. I tried making a lotion bar with it and again, it smells like chemicals. I cannot for the life of me see how anyone gives this a positive rating. I am so disappointed. If you are looking for coconut, this isn't it."

Can Crafter's Choice Exotic Coconut fragrance oils be used in candle making?
Yes, all Crafter's Choice fragrance oils can be used in candles.
At what rate can this be used for salt scrubs? Will it discolor the scrub?
The maximum would be 3.6% but we would recommend between 1-2% in your salt scrub. If making an emulsified scrub of wax and oils, it will not discolor. If using a base such as Foaming Bath Whip, this will discolor and we would recommend using a vanilla color stabilizer.
Is this paraben free?
All our fragrance oils are paraben free.
Is this fragrance oil scent safe to use in making Bath Bombs?Thanks Callie
This fragrance is safe for use in bath bombs. It has a usage rate of 3.6% in soap and lotions so you should not go higher than this in your product.
What is the shelf life of your fragrance oils?
Hi Giovan, We suggest using fragrance oils within 1 year but most fragrances do not expire, however, the scents/notes may change over time.
