"I love this scent!! OOB was slightly musky but manly. In CP there was some ricing but no trace acceleration, no seizing or discoloration however the cured scent is minimal. . . Rather disappointing. May work better in liquid soap bases. In a protein body spray no clouding or separation was seen."

"I originally bought this to make room spray as gag gifts, but had an overwhelming response to the scent, from men, women, neighbors, even grandparents who didn't read the book! "I am in love with this scent. I first made this into a room spray with the concentrate multi spray and took it to work for people to smell and everyone absolutely fell in love. Q&A

I made a shower get with this using it at 7.3% Both guys stated that after their shower their armpits started burning and they had to get back into the shower and wash it off. Do you have any idea why? It's the same formula that I have used for other shower gels the only difference is the fragrance.

How do you incorporate this in Shampoo, Conditioner, MP and Lotion. Do we add Polysorbate 80?
We do recommend heating up the bases to about 120°. Try 30-second spurts in the microwave so the temperature is controllable. Overheating the base can destroy the preservative.

Yes, I do see that on the instructions for the shampoo, conditioner and MP soap, I know I need to melt the MP soap first, is it recommended to heat up the shampoo and conditioner base to add FO or EO and any other oils and butters?

Try using our fragrance oil calculator to determine how much fragrance you should add to each application. The directions for each base will let you know if you need to use a solubilizer to incorporate fragrance.
Is that accurate? It can be used at 18% for body lotion?
This number is accurate. IFRA Maximum Exposure Levels represent the highest concentration level a fragrance oil can be safely used in certain applications. While you can technically use up to 18.10% in a lotion formula, that does not mean your lotion can hold that much. If using a Crafter's Choice lotion base, we recommend adding no more than 4%.
