Favorite Mica

"This quickly became my favoite mica, used in hot process soap it creates incredible streaks. Used in CP it creates a nice peach color. Just wonderful!"

Jana (5/5)

PRECISELY what I was looking for!

"I am SO HAPPY with this mica! One of my all-time favorite copper micas is one called ""New Pennies"" I was buying elsewhere, but with how quickly I was going through it and it being close to $4/oz (plus shipping) I decided I'd give this mica a try (soaper on a budget here!). I would've been ecstatic if this mica was just a shade or two off, but NOPE! It's PRECISELY that same GORGEOUS shade at such an outstanding price! And I get TWICE the amount too! I didn't realize WSP had such generous amounts at such outstanding prices! This mica right here is AWESOME in CP and I use it for so many different themes & projects! It pairs great with many different colors, and even makes THE BEST ""honey"" color in soap when blended with a bit of gold & orange micas (2 parts ""Hammered Copper Kettle"" to 1 part gold & 1 part orange). I love this color so much because as an accent, it adds that perfect touch of warmth & richness to virtually any color scheme, and it stays beautifully true in CP! If you're looking for a true copper for your crafty endeavors, this is IT right here! Goes WONDERFULLY in sunset/beach themes, holiday themes, woodsy/earthy themes and SO MUCH MORE! Pair it with pastel colors to see those softer shades POP!"

Q&A

What is the suggested usage for Cold Process soap?
The rate is approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon mica per pound of soap. Disperse the mica in 1 tablespoon lightweight oil before adding to soap.
Confused about the info “MP soap only”. Does this mean that it could be used with anything inclusive of MP soap? Or is it not for MP Soap?
There are some colors we sell that are strictly for MP soap, such as our soap color bars. On these products, it states "MP Soap Only: Yes". This mica powder is not just for MP soap but can also be used in the products listed for this color.
