Cold Process Soap Test Results:

We test fragrances with the recipe of 50% olive oil, 20% sunflower oil,
15% coconut 76, 10% shea butter, 5% castor. No water discount.

COMMENTS: I tend to hang onto small 2 ounce sample jars that we used to get for special occasions. This one I just opened it is a very very nice “ready for spring” type fragrance . Childhood memories for sure.

COMMENTS: This scent smells lovely and floral OOB and has great hot throw in my soy candles. It's light and not overpowering. It reminds me of lily of the valley more than hydrangea but this will definitely be added to my line.

"Love! Love! Love!"

COMMENTS: I love this FO! I first made a batch of CP soap. I soaped at room temperature and used 3 colors. This FO soaped great! Being a floral I was prepared to work fast but I didn’t experience any ricing or any problems. The smell is strong but smells great in the beginning but during the cure it toned down. It seems to smell better and better! I don’t think I can really accurately explain the smell but it is heavenly. I will continue to use this one for sure!

COMMENTS: I typically make CP soap, but make a few mp products. After reading reviews of acceleration (typical for florals), I decided to try this out in MP instead. I used this FO in a mp loofah soap. The scent holds well and is so intoxicating. Will definitely be purchasing again!!

COMMENTS: I LOVE this fragrance. I use it in cold process bars which I color purple to match a hydrangea flower. The fragrance has staying power and doesn't fade over time. It also smells JUST like a hydrangea, no chemical scent at all. I make and sell soap in the deep south and so I sell out of this fragrance constantly as many of my customers remark that it reminds them of their grandmother's gardens. It always brings smiles. :)

"Wonderful scent"

COMMENTS: I would scent every bar of soap with this if I thought I could get away with it. I used 5% and it was more than enough. My soaping room smells like summer even though it is the middle of winter here. If you like a floral smell but don't care for roses this is wonderful.

	"Is not a fake flower smell"
COMMENTS: When it comes to flower smells, I am not a big fan. I was skeptical of ordering a flower scent, but I knew I needed that smell for particular customers. Boy, am I glad I chose Hydrangea! It is a wonderful scent and does not smell fake like so many other flower scents do. It is strong, but not too overpowering. I have not had any problems using it in my CP soaps. I will continue to buy Hydrangea FO!

COMMENTS: Soaps wonderfully in cp. Slight acceleration, but still able to achieve color swirl. Used at only 0.6 oz. ppo because scent out of bottle is strong, but will bump up usage rate next time as it does fade in cp. Beautiful single note floral!

COMMENTS: I have been looking for a hyacinth fragrance to add to my spring line but to no avail. Everything just smells too perfumy and not accurate. I thought I'd try this Hydrangea. Well I just received this today and it smells just wonderful and totally blows away any hyacinth I have ever had (you see hyacinth is my favorite smelling spring flower). So from now on - no more hyacinth - hydrangea is my new favorite! Perfect!
