Directions

Heat to approx 160°-175° using a double boiler or a melter; add color and candle scent, stir constantly for two minutes, then pour into clamshells, foil cups or molds. Pour temperature should be around 150°-160°. When doing votives, a repour is required. Because this contains soy wax, it needs to cure. Start with 1-2 weeks. As with all candles or melts containing soy wax: the longer they cure, the better they will throw. WARNING: Never melt wax on direct heat such as stove burner, always us a melter or double boiler method.

For external use only. Use caution when melting—hot wax may cause burns. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.

pretty disappointed

"I was so excited to recieve this one, However, a LOT of issues have come from it. first, shipping took two weeks which is unusual and i chalked it up to the holidays. Second, I recieved funnelcake today ! I was so happy but quickly disappointed when i opened the bottle and sniffed. multiple sniffs, coming back later, sniffing again, trying to do paper towel test, heat test. . . nothing helped. this smells like straight Birthday cake out of the bottle, is barely strong enough for the purpose i needed it for and then on dry down ? ZERO scent left even on my skin. maybe I got a lazy batch, maybe it's just the cold and winter, or It's my sinuses but I swear, this stuff dries down to barely any scent except i keep getting wiffs of what smell like play doh. Definitely not what was expected and now i'm disappointed. this is my first ever order from wholesalessupplies and After all the good reviews, i really was antsy to give it a shot. Maybe the other funnelcake from a different brand on WSS will be better ? we'll see."

Love it!

"I was using a 100% soy wax and had watched several videos recommending a para-soy blend. I decided to try this brand and I'm really glad I did! Fragrances are enhanced with this wax. Some of the lighter scented FO's even seemed to get a boost. I've had lots of comments on the melts I make, specifically how scented they are and how long they last. The pastilles are easy to measure and work with and I was also able to up the percentage of FO without any problems. I like that I no longer have frosting issues once wax is pulled from the molds. Couldn't be happier!"

The best wax for melts!!

"I have tried every wax recommended for wax melts and this wax blend is hands down my favorite! If you're using good fragrance oils you should not ever have issues. Every batch made has been amazing and I can even add a higher percentage of fragrance oils as long as it's properly incorporated. This is now my only wax that I will use and I hope it's here to stay. I now order the 45 pound option"

Simple, Gorgeous, and Easy!

"So far, I am loving this wax. I've never used a granular paraffin before, and it's wonderful. No more breaking slabs with a hammer and adding pieces to the melters. I'm moving the bags to a plastic tub with a lid, which lets me handle the bagged granules a lot easier, and it eliminates my concerns about a box and bag accidentally tearing and spilling. Because of the tiny granules, it seems to melt faster than slab wax unless I'm re-melting a cooled batch. After the first batch cooled, I noticed just how gorgeous the finish is. It's so smooth and pretty. It's very different looking from the mottling wax that I've used for ages. Un-molded candles have an almost creamy looking finish. The only down side I'm seeing so far is both hot and cold scent throw. I'm working on adjusting my formulas for this wax, because I make highly fragranced candles. Right now, the scent is a bit too subtle for what my buyers are used to."

"absolutely love this wax. no frosting, VERY smooth tops, can handle a ton of FO and color. Will only be using this wax from now on! I tried. other 494 from FC and it was very inconsistent. Took forever to dry and forever to cure. This takes about 5-10 days instead of 15+. Great stuff!!! Pricey though:( $45 to buy and ship 10lb is crazy"
