"This are The Perfect Lavender Buds!!! Perfect look and smell! I spread them on top of the soap and look amazing!!!I love this product!!!!"

GREAT!

"This bag lasts me a long time because I just add them to bath salts and tea baths. There is a lot per bag since they don't weigh very much and when you add these buds to your product, a little seem to spread out and go everywhere! Highly fragrant. Nice quality. I'm very pleased."

Gwen (5/5)

Lovely

"These buds are just gorgeous, with an incredible scent. Truthfully, I use them when I want decoration and a very faint scent. I have some customers that are very sensitive and they love this soap!"

"smells really good and works well in soap. I haven't tried it in tea or spices. Quite expensive but really good."

Amazing Fragrance

"I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag. The fragrance is just phenomenal! Fresh, pure, and strong. The first time I used these, I suspended them in a clear melt and pour base. They looked beautiful for about a week, then turned brown. As I learned, you can't suspend these or any dried botanical (except Calendula) in melt and pour soap. After that, I infused them in coconut oil and use the oil as an additive, thereby imparting the amazing fragrance into my soap. I also have started sprinkling the buds on top of the bar before wrapping, giving the soaps a boost of lavender fragrance and a pretty appearance. Time will tell if they turn brown, but if they do, it's because that's what dried botanicals do - it's not because these aren't top quality lavender buds. They are."

Very strong

"These buds are very strong. I used them in an herbal infusion and belly balm. When cooking the infusion the aroma filled my apartment and lasted for days, it was wonderful! The scent is also in the belly balm even though I didn't think I used enough of the oil. Very good quality."

Q&A

Hello, soap maker here...but I am wondering if these herbs are ok to eat. As in put in homemade bread and tea? Is there a specific way they have to be cleaned for me to do so?
We are not a food packaging facility so none of our products should be used for consumption. You would want to purchase these from a company that specializes in food products.
I want to add these to my cp soap. Will they leak oil or ruin the batch some other way, if I mix them into the soap?
These Lavender buds are dried so they should ne have any liquids to leak. However, Lavender buds do have a tendency to turn brown when mixed into soap of any kind. We have found that they are best used as decoration on the tops of a soap loaf.
What product can I use to prevent the buds from sinking when added to melt & pour soap. Thanks
I have the same thing when I'm making soap with green tea leaves mixed in. I melt the MP 3-butter bar on the stove (lowest heat)and stir in my fragrance, colorant, and tea. Then turn of the heat, stir frequently, and pour when the soap is approximately 115 degrees F. Your buds will be evenly distributed.
What product can I use to prevent the buds from sinking when added to melt & pour soap. Thanks
There are no additives that will prevent this from happening. The only product we have found that will prevent the lavender buds from sinking is our Suspension soap bases: http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/soap-making-supplies/melt-pour-soap-base/suspension.aspx
How many cups do you get in 1 pound of the lavender buds?
There are approximately 17 cups of lavender buds in a 1 lb. bag.
