Gently melt the butter if needed and incorporate it into your cold process soap or personal care formula at the desired usage rate, blending thoroughly to ensure even distribution. Add to oils in CP soap before lye is introduced, or stir into lotions, balms, and creams during the oil phase. Always test your final formulation, as different butters can affect texture, hardness, and performance.

"I combine this and use the stick blender to mix into shea butter (ultra refined), to create a butter to rub on feet as part of my foot scrub line. Customers love the way that it feels and maintains the softness after using scrub. It can also double up as being used to moisturize hands after doing hand scrub, then use cuticle salve (receipe on site). Makes great product line, customers love it. Takes a little time to make, but it is worth it. Works well for all seasons. I get requests by men as well as women."

Hi, i would like to use Lemon Butter Blend in CP soap, but i cannot find it in Lye Calculator, without using the Calculator, im not sure how much to use in CP soap, thanks.: You will have to use the SAP values: SAP Value: 175-200NaOH .132, KOH .186
what can I add to this to make it more of a face milk type of consistency? Like coconut milk, extracts or other liquid bases? will It work> and will I need additional preservatives?: You can melt this and add any additional oils to help thin it out into a liquid and you would not need any preservative unless you are incorporating water. Coconut milk is water soluble so it would not mix. You would need oil soluble ingredients unless you plan on using a solubilizer also.
Can this be used as is, or is the purpose to add to other formulations: This butter blend along with all the blends can be used as is.
