Yummmmmm!!!

"This one is fabulous! Works like a charm in CP, I had no trouble with it at all, no acceleration, and so far no discoloration (I say so far, because I am expecting some). Really love the scent, it is not very lemony, nice buttery cookie scent with a slight lemon. Love it!! Makes me want to bake ;)"

Delicious!

"Does discolor due to vanilla, but it smells great. Great lemon scent even in goat milk cold process soap. Also, slight acceleration, but very workable."

Used for Body Collection Line

"CAN I SAY EXCITED!!!!! This scent takes you back to mom or grandma in the kitchen baking sweet treats. I used this scent to create Body Oils, Sprays and Scrubs. At first I was unsure but after trying it and adding another scent to it I was able to come up with a scent that proves to be sweet and delicious all over. The customers love it and so do I."

Q&A

Is it ok to use this fragrance oil in a body butter and sugar scrub? will there be any discoloration? Do I have to use a stabilizer?Thank you!
You can use this in both applications. It has a high vanilla content, so we recommend using stabilizer when adding to products that contain water.
I want to avoid discoloration from the vanillin in this FO, so are there any products/recipes that you would recommend this fragrance oil be used in to achieve this? I have vanilla color stabilizer for both melt and pour and cold process soaps, but I am finding that they do not work quite as well as I would like them to, and they are an expense I want to avoid in future recipes. I LOVE this scent, though, and I really want to put it to good use.
Vanilla fragrance oils will discolor items that are water based, such as soap, lotions, shower gels. Products such as lotion bars, oil based scrubs, whipped butters and wax melts should not discolor. If the vanilla content in your fragrance is high, the stabilizer will lessen the discoloration but not completely prevent it. Also, be sure you are using the correct amount of stabilizer to fragrance oil.
