We test fragrances with the recipe of 50% olive oil, 20% sunflower oil,
15% coconut 76, 10% shea butter, 5% castor. No water discount.

"This one was a surprise!"

COMMENTS: I never would have thought to combine lemon and lavender, but I got this one based on the reviews and my own curiosity. Man do we love it! We have a wholesale account with a spa and they got it out of curiosity. Same reaction - didn't expect to love it, but they do! No issues with soaping - no ricing or acceleration. Scent stays true and strong after the cure. Highly recommend,

"I love the fragrance not the acceleration "

COMMENTS: By far the scent is amazing, the reason for the rating was the fast acceleration. The 1st time I stick blended causing it to turn solid. the second time I hand mixed the fragrance that gave me more time to get into the mold. So if you don't mind having to move faster to get it in the mold go for it. Also, I do water discount so if you do that keep the acceleration in mind or possibly not discount the water at all. it also caused some discoloration in my purple mix if you use yellow it will enhance the yellow color even if you don't want it to do that.

"6 STARS: OUTSTANDING! "

COMMENTS: This FO is a trip! Every time I'd smell it OOB, one note would stand out more than the other to me. One moment it would be loudly lemon, then the next time I'd smell it, it'd be lavender, loud & clear! Back & forth it switched from one note to the other, until I got it in CP soap! That's when it became the spot-on perfect blend of both; equally authentic, equally accentuated & equally present! Soothing, herbal lavender & crisp, refreshing lemon, this is an outstanding blend that is true & POTENT! Anchored it with clay, but I don't think it needed it... Made the whole house smell amazing! Soaped like a champ too! I add sorbitol to my recipes with a moderate liquid discount & 8% castor, so this really speeds things up. This FO actually thinned trace & allowed a 5 color pour with hanger swirl, no problem! No acceleration, EXTREMELY mild ricing that I almost didn't even notice (stirred out effortlessly by hand), and so far, no noticeable discoloration either. At such a great price with fantastic results, no doubt, I'll be back for more!

COMMENTS: I have a whole line of Lavender and Lavender blends for melts. I found it very difficult to get a good lemon lavender because they are so strong and sharp to the nose, for me. When I first made this one, it thought it was just too strong but I ended up trying again and blending with a sweet lavender and it is heaven! My customers love it and would never guess that I blend it with a cereal scent lol

COMMENTS: This FO could be a little stronger. While making CP soap, it smells good, but after 24 hour, the fragrance is not as strong as it was. Maybe I need to add more than usual... It riced slightly but blended nicely. No discoloration.

It is a strong scent so use less than you normally would. I used it at a 5%, next time I will try maybe 3%. Scent is true. No fading. I purchased another bottle just to make laundry soap. I think it will be awesome.

"Smells like Fabuloso"

COMMENTS: I liked this scent, but I didn't used it in a soap. I liked it better for a room fragrance or cleaning product. I used it in my home made laundry detergent and it is fabulous. The scent is very clean and fresh. I thought I would use it in a soap, but I haven't done so because it smells exactly like "Fabuloso", the purple bottle. That is a scent that reminds me of cleaning so i think it would work well for room sprays, candles, washing powders and linen sprays best.

COMMENTS: When I got this I thought it would be syrupy and heavy...I was shocked to find it to be refreshing and clean smelling. The Lavender is present for sure, the lemon scent is that of the peel rather than the sweet of a Lemon Sugar type. "Nice Natural Lemon Smell with a hint of Lavender"

COMMENTS: We recently used this scent in Hot Process Soap. It has been about 24 hours and the smell is still going strong. There is a more noticeable lavender smell than lemon. We also added lavender buds to the soap, so that may make a difference in the scent. I would order this product again!

"Like it more than I thought I would."

COMMENTS: I got this scented because I wanted a lemon scent and saw the reviews were good. This is a strong scent so a little goes a long way. Its an interesting smell because when I was making the soap all I could smell was the lemon. Then as it sat for a few days the room it was in only smelled of lavender. But when I put my nose up to the soap and sniff I get a new smell that is both lemon and lavender with a hint of sweet cake. I'm not a big lavender fan but really like the final product with this one. It also behaved well in CP soap with no acceleration or ricing.
