I made melt & pour soap using Detergent Free Goat's Milk base, Stained Glass Lemon Lime drops for color, (10 drops per 1 pound of soap), and Lemongrass EO #138 per the fragrance calculator recommendation. My soaps partially turned an orange-like color a few weeks later. Any idea what made that happen?

The color change is due to the fragrance oil, Over time the color of the soap will change.

Do you have the Latin names available for your essential oils? There are different varieties of lemongrass Cymbopogon citratus and Cymbopogon Flexuosus and they don't quite smell the same.

If mixing oils, you still need to follow the maximum IFRA for each oil, ex. you can use 0.25% Lemongrass EO and 5.0% Lavandin EO in your face cream. Also, flashpoints are in Fahrenheit.

Yes, you can use Lemongrass EO in MP soap. In looking at the Overview tab for the MP soap you want to use, it will state " recommended aroma additives - Skin Safe Essential Oil - Maximum 1%". For 16oz of soap base, 1% is 5ml. Hope this helps!
