I called right away and spoke to the loveliest, most professional woman I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with via customer service industry. She took care of the problem immediately without any fuss, apologized for the inconvenience and made me feel valued and heard. When you're just starting something out - every bit if time and supplies is super valuable and I felt like they understood this. As a result I will now be a full-time customer. It all depends on your recipe and product. We recommend testing before ordering in large quantities.
Do you fill these from the top or the bottom.
All of our Lotion Bar Tubes are filled from the top.
What shrink band would fit on this?
This lotion tube uses the 95 x 55 shrink band.
What size label do you recommend for the container?

Is there a clear dome on the inside top of these tubes? It would cover the product.
There is no plastic piece that would fit over the top of the product.
