Directions

Stir well. Using a plastic dropper, add color to base drop-by-drop. Use amount as desired. Adding more drops will produce a darker color. You have used too much color if your soap bubbles are not white. Adding this color to white soap will produce a pastel colored bar of soap.

"As I'm new to soaping, was afraid to put in too much. I used this color to make a swirl with Cool Water FO and oven processed, the white part of the swirl turned tan. I think it would have been okay if I didn't do the oven process. I still like and will purchase again."

"I wouldn't have exactly thought this would end up being a good color. I got it as a sample. Today, however, I went to make Christmas green and realized I was out of green. After sorting through tons and tons of freebees I stumbled across this and threw it in hoping for the best. I was again happily surprised at what I got. "Love this color, a little goes a long way. This is a nice Christmas evergreen, or a little with some titanium dioxide makes a great pastel mint. I ordered 2oz bottles of all the colors. I just wish it came in a squeeze bottle like the blue, orchid and lavender did."

How are the 2.5oz liquid pigments packaged? Do they come in squeeze bottles?: The 2.5 oz. liquid pigments are in a plastic bottle with a Yorker Twist Open Top for dispensing.
Will this color mix well with oil, wax or petroleum jelly(petrolatum or Vaseline)?: This product mixes best with water-based products. You will need to test any other applications.
can this be used in hair products like a gel or moisturizer?: Yes, this can be used in hair products.
Will this pigmen produce a nice pastel color in lotions & creams? And does it stain the skin in such products?: This pigment will create a pastel color in a white base but it can also speckle. It can stain if too much product is used.
Can I use this in whipped soap? If so will it stain the skin and do I need to add Polysorbate 20 or 80?: Yes, this can be used in whipped soap. It will not stain unless over coloring the product. You can also use Poly 80 to help prevent any staining on the tub.
