Stir well. Using a plastic dropper, add color to base drop-by-drop. Use amount as desired. Adding more drops will produce a darker color. You have used too much color if your soap bubbles are not white. Adding this color to white soap will produce a pastel colored bar of soap.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Shake well before use.

Paraben Free Liquid Soap Color

"I strive to use ingredients in my products that do not include parabens and simplify my coloring process. This color meets both of those requirements. It's a nice mustard/gold yellow and can be used in clear and white bases with ease. It blends easily into melted m&p. I feel like this saves me the tedious step of pre-mixing oxide and glycerine. I've also used in liquid soaps and have had no separation issues there either."

When adding liquid pigment, can you add enough pigment to white soap to get the same shade as when adding to clear soap? Is there a limit on how much you can add? If you use a significant amount of liquid pigment, do you need to take that into account when adding your fragrance/essential oils? Which colorant is best for MP soap: pigment or mica? Is there a color mixing guide available?: No, when working with a white base it will almost always be more pastel than in a clear base. To achieve the same color, too much colorant would likely have to be used.
Should I use this or mica to prevent my mp soap from changing color?: Adding colors does not prevent your MP soap from changing color. You can call us if you need help troubleshooting! 1-800-359-0944
Can you use these drops in facial masques? I have a gel masque I want to launch but want to offer in various colors?: If you are making a gel masque, we would assume it is mostly water. If this is the case, we would recommend adding a drop of one of our Stained Glass liquid colors instead.
Will this pigment stain your bathtub if used in bath bombs or bath fizzes?: We recommend using Polysorbate 80 with a pigment.
How do these do in liquid soaps? I am looking for a colorant that does not contain parabens, so the other liquid colorants are out...: Since pigments are not soluble and instead disperse, we find they sink and do not perform well in liquid soaps. We recommend the Stain Glass Dyes. You can make your own liquid dyes by using powder, water and your preservative of choice.
