Can this be used as an extract in my homemade shampoo's?: To add an oil to a water soluble product needs a solubilizer, such as polysorbate 80. Otherwise, the oil and water will separate.
What is the shelf life of this product?: This oil is best used within one year of purchase. Always store in a dark, cool area.
If i wanted to get a flip top lid for easy pourability with this bottle, which diameter could i get from your TOPS, PUMPS & SPRAYERS section?: A 28/400 or 28/410 cap would work on these 16 oz. bottles.
I'm interested in purchasing the 7 lb order of olive oil. The description says it comes in a plastic jug. Are all 7 lbs in one jug? Is the jug pourable (like a milk jug, etc)? I just wonder how easy/hard it will be to handle 7 lbs.: All of our base oils are packaged in a gallon jug, just like a milk jug. They are very easy to use. A gallon of coconut 76 oil and palm oil are packaged in a gallon pail as these are solid and need to be heated and poured into the containers.
