Holy sh*t, what a mess!!

"I've never had a fragrance seize up as fast as this one did!! I had planned on doing a 2 color drip swirl, that never happened. Has the pitchers ready to go, added the fragrance and before I could do anything else, both pitchers had turned to glop!! Honestly, it didn't take 2-3 seconds and it was over. All I could do was shovel it out, force it into the mold and see how bad it is? It's not the micas as they are two of my most used. Love the smell of this though. So I guess my train wreck will smell pretty nice!!"

CP soap and soy candles! WOW!

"right on the money in my opinion. It does ecellerate cp soap just a bit, so I add it at light trace and work quickly. Pearberry makes a wonderfully fruity soap, but not over powering and sickly sweet. It has a wonderful hot and cold through in soy candles and isn't over powering at all. Great FO!!"

"I used this in coconut milk CP soap, worked beautifully. No acceleration. I was able to pull of a beautiful 3 color swirl with no problems. The scent is amazing too. I will definitely be back for more of this."

Pearberry Review

"I used this fragrance in cold process soap, using French Pink Clay and French Green Clay with a tiny touch of green chrome oxide to produce pale green, and added Himalayan Pink Salts for added texture in the soap. This fragrance has long been a famers market favorite, but I had problems with ricing when using another company's fragrance. My customers are educated and want natural color and quality oils, so I have to limit the amount of dye I use. This Pearberry performs beautifully in CP, with no ricing or acceleration. The clays work well in the oil, and do not change to another color or turn muddy. Himalayan Pink Salts have 84 minerals and elements, making them a very nutritious add-in and selling point for customers. They also form a small ""berry"" in the soap. A small sprinkle of medium grain is enough. I use 41 ounce molds, 50% coconut, the rest is olive, sunflower, avocado, sesame and castor. It's a fast seller. I work a little pink into the top to form my version of a pear. The scent holds up over a long period, and I've never had to throw out any Pearberry soap because of rancidity. My customers do not want preservatives, chemicals or dyes. Teen girls and young women love this fragrance!"

Smells exactly like I expected

"I love this fragrance! It was a favorite of mine from a certain national chain for years when I was younger. This smells like my childhood lol! It behaved wonderfully, no ricing, no acceleration, and I have not noticed any discoloration. I will definitely be buying this again."

Q&A

Is this fragrance more concentrated because I don't remember the usage rate being this low for this fragrance.
The formula for this fragrance has not changed. IFRA updates their usage rates every so often, so you may be remembering an older amendment.
Is this a water soluble fragrance oil that I can add to the shampoo base without separation? What can I add to the shampoo to make it more conditioning to the hair? The shampoo base alone strips the hair and leaves it really dry when I rinse it out.
This fragrance oil is not water-soluble. You will need to use fragrance oil modifier to keep it from separating. You can try adding Shea 50 to add some moisturizing properties.
